Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. I had several small pensions that needed to be brought together to buy a single annuity.  Every step of the way they kept in touch and even phoned to ensure I had relevant emails where appropriate.  There were hickups, especially, Zurich holding on to funds to the point that they had to pay me interest but the guys at Waterbridge chased constantly. Everyone is polite, pleasant, efficient and they care too. I have worked on the same industry but am so glad I trusted them to get me through this because it was totally stress free. I recently had my first annual review at Waterbridge Wealths office based in Penistone.
On arrival i was greeted with a lovely warm welcome from Ruth initially and then from Oliver.
My review with Oliver was a mixture of both parties getting to know each other combined with financial goals. The review went really well.

Rurh contacted me for a financial review as I was already with this company for pension advice etc. I had a phone appointment with my financial advisor, James, in which I was asked questions about income and other household finances. I was sent an online form to fill in regarding yearly income and outgoings, and plans for retirement etc. I was then contacted after James reviewed the information I had given with suggestions and as no action needed I was told that I would have another review in a year. Ruth and James were both friendly and helpful and having been with Waterbridge for a number of years, they give sound advice and I'm very happy with how my pensions are being run, and my outlook for retirement.
